This email consultation is perfect for those who require a detailed plan, but not necessarily the face to face support. This consultation is more affordable in comparison to face to face consultations with the aim of making health care accessible to all.

This consultation is perfect for those who:

• Feel lost or overwhelmed looking for a prenatal that suits your individual nutritional requirements
• Are wondering if any additional supplementation may be beneficial
• Would like a review of their current supplementation regime

With this consultation you will fill in a detailed intake form with a health history, as well as a food journal. Please also send across any recent pathology you may have. Once I have received your intake form and food journal, please allow 5-7 business days for your tailored plan to be emailed back to you.

You will receive: 

• An individualised supplement plan tailored to you, including a prenatal recommendation and any other supplements which may be beneficial during your specific pregnancy/postpartum period
• A detailed explanation of why these supplements are important moving forward
• 3 business days for any follow up questions you may have in regards to your plan

• There is no face to face support with this consultation
• There is no food journal analysis or nutrition advice with this consultation
• Only available for those in Australia
