To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must provide photos as proof within this 5 day window. Refunds or replacements cannot be issued if we are notified outside this 5 day period.
We accept returns for damaged or faulty unopened goods only. Due to dietary supplement regulations, refunds for opened packages are not allowed. Once products leave our warehouse, we cannot accept returns for quality control reasons. Please choose carefully based on advice from your healthcare provider.
Once we receive and evaluate your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow time for bank processing.
Refunds are not issued for taste preferences.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, contact us at support@maternallyhappy.com.
For consumer safety, we do not offer returns or refunds outside of the conditions stated above.
Note: Refunds on bundles follow our Terms & Conditions. If part of a discounted bundle is returned, the refund will be recalculated based on individual item pricing.
Change of mind cancellations or amendments made before fulfilment will incur a $5 handling fee. This only covers a portion of the processing costs we’re charged for adjusting or cancelling orders prior to dispatch.
If your delivery is missed and your order is returned to us because it wasn’t collected from the Post Office within 10 days, a $12.99 re-postage fee will apply, along with a $3.99 processing fee (this is the fee charged by our 3PL warehouse).
If an order is returned to us after being uncollected from the post office, we will attempt to contact you twice via the email address provided at checkout. Please ensure you check your inbox (including spam/junk folders), as all communication will be sent to the email provided.
If we don’t hear back within 30 days, the order will be considered fulfilled in line with our policy. To make sure you’re not left entirely out of pocket, we’ll issue store credit for the product value (excluding shipping and processing fees). This way, you can put the value toward a future order at a time that suits you.
