Did a bit of research before picking this one. Love that it includes things like choline and feels properly balanced without extra stuff. Easy to swallow, no bad aftertaste, feel good taking it. Highly recommended.
I have only taken this for a month now and I feel a slight change in energy. But so far of taking it on a daily routine it doesn't make me feel sick or leave a bad after taste. I take the meg 1hr before bed hoping that in 2months time the 3 products will balance my body. Im looking forward to buying more. I would have taken a photo but I had already finished the bottle.
I have loved this supplement because I only need to take one a day. It has been gentle on my tummy and my last bloodwork showed a slight increase in my ferritin levels so I'm pretty happy with that.

I like that this has the methylfolate as well as being iron free, recommend following the instructions and taking with food though as its definitely not great on an empty stomach.

Exclusively breastfeeding for 6 months and conscious of giving myself and my baby our best start. This multi vitamin is a bit pricey but I feel it's worth it. Baby and I are in good health, and I feel confident knowing the vitamin can help to cover me if/when I don't quite get to covering all my micronutrients for the day

It's nice to have a product that I know is setting myself up well and looking after the baby that is currently brewing! As someone who can't stomach eggs, getting enough choline was a real concern for me and this product has taken that anxiety away.

Almost through my first month of these capsules. Pretty standard size probably like an antibiotic in capsule size. Packaging is really great too. I’m seeing no side-effects, no constipation, no other gut issues and am looking forward to trying them out for another few months and will give a follow-up review.
