Acai Bowl

As the weather is warming up we can get ready for all the delicious smoothie bowl recipes- to be honest we love these just as much in water when you're sitting next to a fire or heater.

Ingredients:
~ 1 frozen banana
~ 1 cup frozen mixed organic berries
~ 3/4 cup milk or juice (we use almond milk)
~ 1/2 cup plain yogurt - we love Wise Bunny or a kefir option
~ 1 scoop Maternally Happy collagen powder
~ 2 packets or 200 g (2 packets) of frozen acai puree, broken into pieces
~ Assorted toppings

Method:
~
Add ingredients to the blender
~ Blend on low, use the tamper to push the frozen fruit down, mixing around as much as possible
~ Continue to blend on low until smooth, only adding additional liquid when needed
~ Assemble. Divide the smoothie into two bowls and top with all your favourite toppings
