How To Use:
Unflavoured Collagen:
2 levelled scoops = 12g.
Consume 1-2 servings daily, depending on your daily dietary requirements or as advised by your healthcare professional.
Each container is expected to last approximately one month with 30 servings. We recommend starting with one serve everyday.
Shelf life is currently 18+ months, however always refer to your individual container packaging.
Myo-Inositol:
As a dietary supplement start with 1/2 - 1 level teaspoon (tsp). This is equivalent to the recommended 2-4g dosage.
- 1/2 tsp = Approximately 2g
- 1 tsp = Approximately 4g
