Refunds & Return Policy
- Maternally Happy will only accept returns for damaged or faulty goods that are not opened. Due to dietary supplement regulations worldwide, we cannot issue any refunds for opened packages.
- We do not accept returns or issue refunds for 'change of mind' purchases or products that have been opened.
- If you did not achieve the desired outcome from taking our product/s, or if you experienced any adverse reactions from any of the ingredients listed in our products, we will not issue refunds as these conditions are not a result of the product being damaged or faulty.
- Please choose carefully and ensure that any product you select is right for you, based on the advice received from your healthcare provider or general practitioner.
- As with any supplement please consult your healthcare professional prior to using. Take under medical and/or dietetic guidance
- Please ensure that you have correctly entered your name and address at the time of purchase. We are unable to change the address once your item has been fulfilled.
- Maternally Happy cannot take responsibility for any missing items that have been incorrectly addressed by the customer.
Damaged Or Faulty Goods
Even though great care is taken in the shipping process, if your product/s arrives damaged, please contact us at email@example.com to assess the damage and to work out a solution. You may be requested to provide a photograph of your product/s and/or delivery package to help in resolving this issue in a timely manner.
Refunds and exchanges for faulty or damaged products will only be issued once we have received the item back in our store. In these circumstances, we will refund the cost of shipping that was required to send the product back to us.
We reserve the right to charge for return shipping in certain circumstances.
For consumer safety, we do not offer returns or refunds on our products outside the above circumstances.
Incorrect Order Received
We take great care in ensuring the correct product is mailed to you. However, mistakes can happen so if you have received the wrong order please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as your product/s arrive and we will replace it once the incorrect product has been returned back to us.
Once your order has been received and packed by our dispatch team, we are not able to cancel or refund your order.
Please ensure that you have correctly entered your name and address at the time of purchase. We are unable to change the address once your item has been fulfilled.

If your order has not arrived within 5 business days in Australia, we apologise for the delay and thank you for your patience. Australia Post are currently experiencing delays due to COVID19 and current supply chain issues. You can track your order through Australia Post to check the location of your order. You will need the tracking number from your tracking email. If they are unable to locate your order, please email us at email@example.com
