  • Please ensure that you have correctly entered your name and address at the time of purchase. We are unable to change the address once your item has been fulfilled.
  • We do not take responsibility for any missing items that have been incorrectly addressed by the customer.
  • If your item is returned to us or unclaimed from the post office, a re-postage fee of $9.99 (AU) $14.99 (NZ) will be required to be paid in full prior to your item being re-posted. Additionally, a processing fee of $2.99 will be applied, covering costs incurred by our fulfilment warehouse. This applies to all refunds processed on unclaimed items.
  • We do not accept returns or issue refunds for 'change of mind' purchases or products that have been opened.
  • Please choose carefully and ensure that any product you select is right for you, based on the advice received from your healthcare provider or general practitioner.


Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Certain types of items of goods like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants) cannot be returned. Given collagen and Myo-Inositol are foods, they are perishable item and cannot be returned or exchanged. 


We will notify you once we’ve received and evaluated the damage or issue. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We do not provide refunds based on the taste of a product.

Change of mind or cancellation of orders incurs a $3 handling fee given we get charged for amending, changing, cancelling or receiving unclaimed returned stock.
