Products are dispatched from Victoria, Australia and are inclusive of GST for Australian customers.

For customers outside of Australia, any additional taxes, duties and fees are the purchaser’s responsibility.

All orders placed are quickly processed and shipped the next business day. At time of dispatch, a shipping confirmation email is sent to you so you can track your package

Once you have ordered with us, an invoice will be sent to the nominated email address that you enter at checkout. Please ensure you double check your address before confirming your order at checkout, as addresses can not be changed after this.

Standard Shipping (2 - 7 business days) - $8.99
Express Shipping (1 - 3 business days) -  $11.99

NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING

For NZ orders, we use Australia Post- This way we can provide more affordable pricing to our community. Please ben mindful that postage time will differ in comparison to Australian orders. 

Standard Shipping (7 - 12 business days) - $14.99 
Express Shipping (5 - 8 business days) - $25.99

These prices are dependent on a weight of <0.5kg and the time period is an approximate guide. Please expect some delays due to COVID19.

We will happily help organise best shipment options, dependant on your location and time requirements. All costs will be calculated via Aus Post. 

WE USE AUSTRALIA POST

Due to COVID-19, shipping delays may occur due to any border closures and reduced work capacity. To find your exact shipping time for your location please click here. 

Please allow 2-7 business days for standard shipping and 1-3 business days for express.  

Orders made after 12pm Friday will be posted on the next business day (Monday).

Please manage your order and any changes via the tracking number that is sent to you via email or SMS.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure your order reaches you in a timely manner, we are unable to accept any liability for delayed delivery caused by any third party or due to COVID 19. 

If you’re concerned about the whereabouts of your parcel, please first contact Australia Post- You will need to quote your tracking number.
