Started using this years ago when I was pregnant.. haven’t stopped as it’s the only collagen I’ve found that tastes delicious and dissolves so well that you only notice the flavour not a powder residue left behind. Delicious in yoghurt, on cereal,smoothies but I used it most often in a tea to make it a creamier taste (instead of milk). I always have a spare in the cupboard as I hate when it runs out!
Enjoy this everyday with my coffee. Love the taste and it has definitely helped my nails and hair get stronger ❤️

I'm very picky with protein powder because I tried different kinds of protein powder, but they only gave me indigestion and artificial flavours. This is totally game-changer! not bloated and tasty. I put them when I made smoothies, overnight oats and coffee. Highly recommend!

Sorry for the terrible nail polish, but there isn't much I can do when my nails are growing so fast and thick. Enjoying the vanilla bean flavor, mainly noticed strong nail growth while taking this.

This paired with the myo-inositol has been great. I finished taking the pill about 3 months ago, and taking both these products have helped with symptoms and getting my period on a monthly basis.
