The only iron supplement that works for me without side effects After taking Iron Matrix daily for the past month, I can confidently say it works. About to start another bottle. Went to the go for blood tests results and I’m so happy to say my iron and ferritin is getting better. Did wonders for my ferritin levels but unfortunately gave me the absolute worst breakout all over my face and body. I've discovered from my doctor that it's due to the B12. I've had better energy and less hair loss, and no constipation (incredible!) but my skin has never looked this terrible. After a week of stopping it, my pimples are finally disappearing. I know it was this as its the only change I've made in months and it began about a week after I started (used for a full month). Really sad I can't keep taking it as I've never found something so effective for my ferritin! An amazing product, just wasn't the right fit for me.
So far so good! I’ve been looking for an iron supplement with lactoferrin to help increase my ferritin levels with no luck until now, I’m nearly finished my second jar and my hair isn’t falling out any more, I’m no longer dizzy or out of breath and overall I’m feeling much better!

As a medical mum it’s hard to remember to take care of myself, and I definitely can’t take something that makes me feel worse.
