Alot easier on my stomach. I can't take any iron oral supplements without NOT being able to use the bathroom, it was really worrying me because i need extra iron in my pregnancy. Great product, no GI upset whatsoever. I’ve been taking 1 every second day with my first order to get my body used to it, haven’t had my bloods rechecked yet but may increase to daily depending on what my stores are after a few months. I have been recommending the product to many, as too many of my friends have becoming anaemic during pregnancy and even more depleted after birth. Almost through my first month of these capsules. Pretty standard size probably like an antibiotic in capsule size. Packaging is really great too. I have finished the bottle and I noticed I don’t complain about being too tired anymore. I usually feel so exhausted I can’t get up from bed. About to start another bottle. Went to the go for blood tests results and I’m so happy to say my iron and ferritin is getting better. Did wonders for my ferritin levels but unfortunately gave me the absolute worst breakout all over my face and body. I've discovered from my doctor that it's due to the B12. I've had better energy and less hair loss, and no constipation (incredible!) but my skin has never looked this terrible. After a week of stopping it, my pimples are finally disappearing. I know it was this as its the only change I've made in months and it began about a week after I started (used for a full month). Really sad I can't keep taking it as I've never found something so effective for my ferritin! An amazing product, just wasn't the right fit for me.
So far so good! I’ve been looking for an iron supplement with lactoferrin to help increase my ferritin levels with no luck until now, I’m nearly finished my second jar and my hair isn’t falling out any more, I’m no longer dizzy or out of breath and overall I’m feeling much better!
