Recommended dose of choline is great and this new formulation has no funny smell.
I have tried multiple prenatals and cannot go past Maternally Happy - these are by far the best I have tried.
I find it easy to take and have had confirmation from my Midwife and Naturopath that I am hitting all my targets with these!

I searched for so long to find a prenatal I was happy with, some were terrible, some were ok, some came close but still missed the mark because of the type of vitamin and mineral they would use even if some were excellent they might sneak in a synthetic one, or their excipients were too questionable and not something I wanted to ingest. I love the fact that there's no active ingredient magnesium in it as it's better to take this away from zinc because they can compete for absorption. I love that there's choline in it and activated b vitamins which are better absorbed. I love that it has included everything you would need so you don't have to worry, especially in the first trimester when it can be so difficult to eat a balanced diet due to the morning sickness. The only small thing I could find that I would prefer is not in this one is the maltodextrin and magnesium stearate, but these are excipients so minor additions, not the active ingredients, which would be there in very small amounts and would be there for a reason to make the blend work in some way. Appreciate that it's listed on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods where the excipient list can be viewed for transparency. As I mentioned at the start this prenatal is the closest to perfect I could find after searching through so many.

I rate these prenatals! Firstly I like how they are choline rich, I only have to eat a couple of eggs per day to reach my goal. I like how they have no iron and DHA also so I can control supplementing that separately. I’ve had issues with nausea with other prenatals (seriously been through so many trying to find one that suits me!) and these are the most gentle I’ve found. I take 2 after breakfast and 1 after lunch. Love how everything is bioavailable too. Bub is growing well at 36 weeks!
I’ve started taking Maternally Happy prenatal shortly after finding out I was pregnant following extensive research and comparisons with other brands on the market. I liked the number of ingredients, their levels and bioavailability. I also liked that it didn’t have any added iron as I have a condition that already makes my levels naturally elevated, so that was an added bonus. I find that taking it during the first trimester is sometimes a bit challenging as it does have an “odour” but taking it with food makes it easier. Lastly I like the discreet packaging, so that I can leave it on my work desk to remind me of taking without coworkers noticing it is a prenatal. I also think the price is very reasonable and I’ll keep re-ordering it throughout my pregnancy.
These prenatals have been life changing. They are so easy to tolerate with the dreaded first trimester nausea and have made managing my iron levels so much easier as a seperate dosage. I am a repeat purchaser and have told all my pregnant friends to make the switch!

The best prenatal on the market for sure and I have tried a few... Great ingredients and good amounts of them. I also don't need to take half the capsules I was taking like choline, selenium, b12 etc because this contains great the daily requirements. I have tolerated them well in the 1st trimester - haven't had horrid morning sickness though as a disclaimer but they are super easy to take. I take one with each meal to help absorption! Love they are caps not hard tablets too. Beautiful formulation and have told all my pregnant gals and clients.

Loved this pregnancy multi vitamin. Bought it specifically as it has a high level of choline which is missing or deficient in many others. I also loved that it doesn't include iron. It allows me to skip that altogether if I don't need it or buy separately and take the dose I actually need. Would 100% recommend

Took some with me on a trip and it was really easy to manage and use, even if I only had a water bottle on me 😅 I have only been taking it for about a month, so no immediate effects yet, but I feel great so I hope it contributes to it. Looking forward to continuing on!
Fabulous product I’ve been taking for a while. Love that it has the good type of folate.
Exclusively breastfeeding for 6 months and conscious of giving myself and my baby our best start. This multi vitamin is a bit pricey but I feel it's worth it. Baby and I are in good health, and I feel confident knowing the vitamin can help to cover me if/when I don't quite get to covering all my micronutrients for the day

It's nice to have a product that I know is setting myself up well and looking after the baby that is currently brewing! As someone who can't stomach eggs, getting enough choline was a real concern for me and this product has taken that anxiety away.

I've gotten into a good habit of taking them in the morning with breakfast, I still haven't got those two lines yet, but I feel confident when it happens, I'm prepared and giving them the best possible start!
Have now had 3 months of this prenatal and it has changed the way I feel already. I love it and love coupling it with the myo-inositol. I feel so much better and have a very predictable cycle now. TTC so that is so important.

This is my fourth bottle of the prenatal. I much prefer the new formulation which has a much milder (if any) aftertaste compared to the original formulation.

I’ve been so impressed with the quality of the ingredients and how easy it is to incorporate into my daily routine. It’s gentle on my stomach, easy to take, and gives me peace of mind knowing I’m getting the nutrients I need while preparing for pregnancy.
I’ve had issues with cycle lengths for almost all my life! I’ve been tracking them since 2020 and they vary between 28 days to 128 days. I’ve been taking this inositol for just over a month and I think this cycle will be around ~40 days. I’m enjoying it so far and haven’t had any issues. I’m excited to continue taking it to see if it helps stabilise my cycle length. I haven’t started the prenatal yet but excited to in a couple cycles!
