Peanut butter, banana smoothie

Peanut butter and banana are probably one of life's greatest combinations!

Did you know I used to be heavily reliant on peanut butter to the extent that I would have LARGE spoonfuls of my best-friend/housemates peanut butter supply every night. INGREDIENTS:

  • Handful of large ice cubes
  • 1 cup of milk (I use almond)
  • 1 scoop Maternally Happy Collagen (either vanilla or unflavoured works)
  • 2 tbs of peanut butter
  • 1 frozen banana

METHOD:

  • Blend, blend, blend (My favourite type of methodPeanut butter banana smoothie in a glass with banana and chia seeds on a wooden table
